Apartment Review for Avon House Apartments - Detroit, MI

It has death in the hallway and parking lot which has a lotta craters, cannot sit on the porch unless you want to be harassed and shot at. Maintenance is very horrible mise well do it yourself, they still, many crackheads in bldg. If you like sleep forget it very noisy at night. Apartments were robbed on regular basis heat dosent work. Management dosent care. I use to live on Linwood in Detroit and it was safer, quiter, and better staff. So you are better off living in the projects.
