Apartment Review for Millender Center Apartments - Detroit, MI

Beware: Millender told me I was renting from them for a 12 month lease. However, because I didn't move in on the 1st of the month, they charged me for 13 months. Beware and read your contract VERY carefully, Millender will put things in that will end up screwing you out of money in the end. Chris Edmunds (I think is her name) is very mean and knows nothing about dealing with residents in a friendly manner. However, the security guards are nice and the safety is good there...although you will hear gunshots outside of your window every now and then...but I guess that's just Detroit.
