Apartment Review for Alden Park Towers - Detroit, MI

I am writing this on Friday the 13th. Anthony (temporary manager) informed me we wouldn't have heat for another week. It was so cold today the Tigers moved their game up to 4pm hoping for a ray of sunshine......Mind you we had snow flurries yesterday. Did I mention that my rent is $1,279.00 per month and I'm sitting in layers of clothes with a nose as cold as a healthy puppy. Oh yeah my mother lives on the third floor and is a surviving cancer patient...she has to heat her apt with her oven and hope the oven doesn't break down. I feel so violated and powerless.....I can't imagine how the mothers of babies that live in this dump must feel right now.
