Apartment Review for Alden Park Towers - Detroit, MI

I've been at Alden Park for almost a year now and I'm still waiting for hot water. I've been very patient and so far I've seen the large roaches, I've heard the loud vulgar music, I've seen the children run amock in the Library, I've seen teenagers smoking in the Lobby, I've had to walk by tons of smelly garbage in the garage, I ride in the filthy elevator everyday. Maintenance crew is lazy and the office folks don't have a clue. There are no lights in the parking lot of D Tower, yet we are forced to pay $25.00 a month to park there. The outside door is always open and broken so predators can come into the building at any time. The decent people are moving out and the ones living in 1 bedroom apartments with 3 or 4 children are staying. There is no permanent Manager. Someone needs to make the conditions here public knowledge!
