It used to be a nice place to live with ex-owners Saperstein Ass.Since than pack your bags.Thay try to keep it up till August of 2006.After that everything fell apart.new store open in C tower.They found a construction permit somewhere and hang it on the door.I'm taking this to City of Detroit.Don't ever,never call this place to look for apartment.Staff is trying their best but with new owners,new management co.every other month dosn't seem to work.the place is going downnnnnnnnnnnnn  Need to rent an apartment?
