Apartment Review for Alden Park Towers - Detroit, MI

As many of the others have shared it's a bad choice of resident. Too much confusion between the owners and on-site management. To bad the tenents have to suffer because of this. I recently moved out of a lovely apartment with a wonderful river view. But when you left outside of that door be careful anything can happen from getting stuck on the elevator, which has a mind of it's own to water leaking from the basement ceilings, piles of trash waiting over the weekend for removal. The city really need to take a good look at this property.
