Apartment Review for Architecht Building - Detroit, MI

This establishment does not care about their tenants they only want the income. Management is very unprofessional, uninformed and that is probably due to the high turnover rate because they have new employees every other month. The hallways, stairwells and the basement are never clean unless the tenants take it upon themselves and clean it. Not to mention the gate has been broke for the longest and management has promised to repair it but just have'nt gotten around to it.
