Apartment Review for Bonnieview Apartments - Detroit, MI

I lived at Bonnieview since 2002. The rent was cheap and we had free heat but was of course controlled by managment. In the winter months there is a draft that comes thru the windows and makes the apartments so cold. I complained and they told me to turn on my oven. That was/is probably my biggest complaint. A plus though about these apartments is that they are very spacious. Nice size bdrm & living room. Several residents have started leaving now so it seems like they are just starting to let in all kinds of hoodlums and riff raff. The young kids I would say early 20's just sit outside all day on the stoop like they never have anything else to do. If you are just starting out and need a cheap place this is for you, use Bonnieview as a stepping stone then upgrade.
