Apartment Review for Boydell Development - Detroit, MI

I totally agree. I feel like I wasted money moving here,repairs that were promised to be fixed are not fixed, I pay $800.00 a month in rent and it's freezing in here, why? I can hear my neighbor clearly as if he were in the same room with me, why? My ceiling is leaking and theres a bubble that has formed in the newly painted wall. I am scared of this place and putting in my 30 day notice tomorrow, who want my loft? Oh! And theres a church in the building that will be sure to wake you up every Sunday with loud singing and instruments, there’s also a porn studio here. This place is a circus.
