Apartment Review for Burgess Manor - Detroit, MI

It would be and allright place if they would fix things before you move in. I guess if you dont look throughly before moving in you put your self in something you can't get out. They half fix things and its and old man with a limp that they call the mainteance man. I needed a quick move .And if your credit is not to good you still can get in. Not to bad of and area and kinda of quiet . a lot of single people with kids or couples are there. Far as the landlord he 's allright if you are going to be late on rent or didnt send it off on time you can give it to him. BeWare before you enter his apartment its running fountains and plants.(what a sight) Beside thats I guess it allright 1bdrm 450. and 2 -500.00 (i think.) As I said before make sure the apartment is in good conditions before renting. If you have to look 3 or 4 times. like door, wall, molding under cabinets and in closest and make sure they put new carpert and paint. They will never clean it like you will like it. But make sure everything is all good before moving in. Cause a quick look can cause you a year long lease somewhere you really dont want to be. After that its month to month.
