Delta Manor is a wonderful place to live. Quiet environment and friendly residents. Management staff is excellent including owners Delta Sigma Theta sorority whom are very active with the residents. The Maintenance staff is excellent always on time and pleasant to deal with.  Need to rent an apartment?
