Apartment Review for Delta Manor - Detroit, MI

I just want to say that I am not a resident of this facility however we do service a patient at this facility. I think it is a disservice to the tenants when there is no one available who has regular office hours. Our office has called this facility on several occassions to get the answering machine of a person who not only does not return messages but also is not available during the time stated on the machine. Very poor service. How can the needs of the residence be met if there is no one there to handle their concerns. No matter how nice the facility looks, I would not place my Mother in a place where I was unable to communicate with the manager regularly.
