Apartment Review for Fountain Court Cooperative - Detroit, MI

I guess it is safe to say this would be a good first apartment for single adults and parents. Other than that, it is not much to brag about, I have been told we will get central air since the day I moved in, we still do not have it. They have made some efforts to clean up the apartments buildings, however they started to paint and never finished. The staff clean the buildings like once a month, and when they do it is not all the clean. They really never to make some improvements, I am trying to move, like ASAP.
