This apartment complex has great potential. You can tell at one time it was one of the upscale apartment complexes in Detroit. From what I've seen being a tenant there for a year is that management only cares about money. They will raise your rent but won't replace the light bulbs in the lobby. The elevators keep breaking down and they refuse to replace them. When I say  Need to rent an apartment?
