Management fixes nothing. You have to pay extra for packages that come in your mail. Noisiest place in Detroit. Dirt and trash all over the parking lot all of the time. Water drips in units. Broken windows allow snow and cold to blow in the unit. Lack of adequate stairway lighting makes for a dangerous "trip" on the steps. The units look cool and the hardwood floors really are nice. Location near downtown is good and you can ride the bus to RenCen or Greektown. Crime and car thefts are a real problem here.
