Apartment Review for River Park Lofts - Detroit, MI

Lived here almost a year, the only plus is its location (view included). Maintenance is very poor (never shovel walks, dog poop everywhere, furnace filter by far overdue for a change). The residents are often freindly but some leave their garbage in the freight elevator, or in the hallways. Has door knobs instead of levers on fire route doors, and most of them are poorly maintained/sticky. If you are looking for a cheap place to live with character and a view move here, but keep all of the above in mind.
