My best advice is to stay away. Boydell Development just wants your money, they are not interested in your safety, health or well being. It's now clear why the place has only month to month leases. We've seen very nice people move in and be gone in a month. I feel sort of foolish that it took me so long to leave.  Need to rent an apartment?
