The Good: I love the size of my 3 bed apt 1200 sq ft, 2 full bath with high ceilings and crown molding in bedrooms. Plenty of closet space and the rent is reasonable. The Bad: Thin walls, insulation is bad, no parking, and the neighborhood is not the best. It's not the worst but diffently not the best. Carpet in halls needs to be pulled up. washroom needs a make over.  Need to rent an apartment?
