Apartment Review for The Windsor Tower - Detroit, MI

I thought when the new management took over things would get better. Again without AC for almost a month, bed bugs, cock roaches, drug dealers, homeless people. They got this new guy who must not like colored people. You can't even talk to him, he yells and curses and calls you names. Today the big shots are here and he is acting like he gives a darn. Don't let them fool you. This place is a dive but the only plce I can afford with the money I get. It's a shame!
