Apartment Review for Tuscan Park - Detroit, MI

I moved into Tuscan park a few months ago and ever since I have had problems. My toilet, sink, air conditioning and front door lock were all broken. I was also missing screens on my windows (and I lived on the second floor!). The maintenance is a joke. I don't even see the purpose of them coming to work. You can ask for a work order but you have to keep harassing the staff for it to get done. And even then it still takes weeks. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone, unless you don't care about getting caught in a shoot out. By the way, the police might as well move their station to tuscan park since they're there all the time anyway.
