Gated remote parking with lighting but does not deter from numerous break ins to resident cars. yearly lease option. elavator antiquated, needs replacement. Probable breakdowns per year approx. 10 lasting from a few days to a couple of months. Needs electrical wiring upgrade as kitchen will not run two appliances at the same time without tripping the circuit breakers. Some apartments with electric fireplace. Has walk in showers and large bedroom, living room area. Heat included and water. Gets cold at start of heating season. A good spaceheater is a necessity.
