Apartment Review for Westwill Apartments - Detroit, MI

When I moved into this building an acquaintance was managing the building. He handled all of the repairs himself and made sure everything was clean and safe. The owners of the building decided to hire a "professional management" company to take over the management. The professionals hired drunkards and thieves to do the day to day maintenace. They insisted on apartment inspections when residents were out of the building at work. I was robbed or my laptop, and dvd player, and serveral other residents were too. I had a rodent for a few days that I could always see, but the maintenance man could not, perhaps he was too busy looking under my bed for my laptop and what underwear he would steal when he broke into my apartment. The skyline of the Detroit River was the one of the few redeeming features of this building.
